Now there is a safe and easy way to handle multiple medications with Medicine-On-Time. Learn more about this amazing program. Most Long-Term care facilities have their clients' medications packaged using the Medicine-On-Time system.
Education
It is important to us that you are able to provide the very best care to your clients. Lakeview Long Term Care Pharmacy’s skilled pharmacists and nurses provide customized education for your staff on a variety of topics, including medication management, administering medication, medication side-effects and the effects of changing weather on patients who take certain medications. Lakeview Long Term Care Pharmacy accepts a range of Medicare Part D Insurance Plans for your clients’ coverage. View the list of accepted plans. If a clients' plan is not listed or they have private insurance coverage call (262) 632-1830 for further information.
