Blood Pressure Screening
Lakeview Pharmacy has four nurses on staff who can assist customers with monitoring their blood pressure. Blood pressure screening can be done between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the pharmacy. No appointment is necessary.
Prescription Transfer Services
If you have insurance that covers your medications, you pay the same copay wherever you get your prescriptions filled. Let us become your hometown pharmacy and find out how easy it is to transfer prescriptions to Lakeview Pharmacy.
Call Lakeview Pharmacy at (262) 632-0520 with the following information:
- Name, address, phone number, DOB
- Known allergies
- Prescription numbers
- Name and location of your current pharmacy
Fax, mail or bring us the following information:
- A copy of your current insurance card
- The signed Notice of Privacy Practice now required by the Department of Health & Human Services.
Home Delivery
There are times when it would be more convenient to have your prescription delivered to your doorstep. Lakeview Pharmacy does just that for its customers. Call in your prescription by 9 a.m. and a driver will deliver it between noon and 6 p.m. The cost is only $5.
Emergency Service
There is a pharmacist on-call available to you 24 hours a day. Simply call Lakeview Pharmacy at (262) 632-0520 and follow the prompts to reach a pharmacist.
E-prescriptions
Lakeview Pharmacy is ready to accept e-prescriptions from physicians. Through this new technology, your doctor can send your prescription directly to the pharmacy through a computer or handheld computer device so the doctor’s order arrives at Lakeview before you leave the doctor’s office.
