We automatically work with your clients’ doctors to ensure they have adequate refills of medication. You may also phone in your refills by calling (262) 632-8215 and following the prompts. You may also refill your clients’ prescriptions through our online system.

Emergency Service

There is a pharmacist available to you 24 hours a day. Simply call Lakeview Long Term Care Pharmacy at (262) 632-8215 and follow the prompts to reach a pharmacist.
