Lakeview Pharmacy offers flu shots from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the flu season, which typically falls between October and March. Call the pharmacy at (262) 632-0520 to find out when flu shots are available for the season.

The Pneumococcal vaccine helps prevent pneumonia. While it is recommended that all adults receive the vaccine, it is particularly suggested for adults who are at risk of developing pneumonia. Risk factors for pneumonia include: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, chronic cardiovascular diseases, chronic liver disease, chronic alcoholism, chronic renal failure, asplenia and immunosuppressive conditions. Consult with our pharmacists to see if you are at risk. Many adults choose to receive the Pneumococcal vaccine with their flu shot, but it is available year-round.

The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) suggests that people ages 65 and older receive a vaccine to prevent Shingles. The vaccine is called Zostavax and is available 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at Lakeview Pharmacy. A prescription from your doctor is required before you receive the vaccination.

It is also recommended by the CDC that females ages 9-26 receive the Human Papilloma Virus or HPV vaccine. Lakeview Pharmacy can administer the vaccine with a prescription from your doctor if over the age of 18. Other vaccines are available upon request.
